Egg Adventures- The Runaway Egg

Egg Adventures- The Runaway Egg

Today an egg ‘mysteriously’ found its way on the windscreen wipers of Mr Sim’s car. He managed to survive the journey home and have some adventures at Mr Sim’s house, before he accidentally fell off the wall… Have a look.

Egg Adventures- Monday

Egg Adventures- Monday

Jamie

Here are some photos of Golden from the weekend.  We went to Port Beach and had an awesome time.  We played beach cricket, had a swim in the waves, built sand castles and lay in the sun.

Austin

Austin’s egg has also continued his adventures this week!

More Egg Adventures- Friday

Sophie’s Egg had a great time wandering around after school yesterday.

Haylee’s egg Romeo went for a trip to ice skating last night.

Romick’s egg Christopher the Third is nice and snug in his bed for the night.

Leila’s egg

Austin’s egg Breakfast has had a great time travelling the world!

Braeden’s egg Eggy has made another entry to the blog. This time he has brought a friend.

Today after school Eggy was out the front of his house having a kick of his footy (which is tricky when you have no legs!) when to his surprise his sister “Shelly” arrived to visit him!

My sister Caitlyn said that she couldn’t wait another 3 years to have a pet egg homework assignment, so she helped herself to one from the fridge and made her own!

Hope you like the pictures of Eggy & Shelly.

Hamish’s egg Malmal had the chance to hang out with his cousins this afternoon. Looks like great fun!

Braeden and Eggy

Braeden and Eggy

My egg and I had a great time together after school yesterday!
He watched me playing Minecraft and I made a Minecraft egg.

I think Eggy is looking at trading in his ‘egg-cup’ car for something more flash and fast!
He was “egg-citedly” reading my Motor magazine with me and checking out my model Camaro!

It’s an “eggs-hausting” responsibility looking after this little egg 24/7!!
He’s starting to take over my life, but I LIKE  IT!

Egg Sitting- Day 1

Egg Sitting- Day 1

Today we were introduced to our eggs that we are expected to babysit for a week. Most of us did a great job, keeping it with us at all times, and not letting it crack. Some of us got a quick lesson in responsibility!

Even if your egg did crack today, please persist with another egg and enjoy the rest of your project.

Please comment below about how you are going with your egg. Please also email me with any photos of the adventures of your egg.

Ashlee

Eggabelle is having fun with me at Adventure World on Power Surge, the Tea Cup ride (she thinks they are egg cups! Hahaha) and the new rollercoaster The Abyss. She had to go on that with Dad and I because she was so small.

Below are some more camp photos from Point Walter (some may be repeated from before). Thank you to Mrs O’Kane, Mr G, Mr T and Ms Hadley for the photos.

Camp Photos- 2013

Camp Photos- 2013

Well done to everyone for completing a fantastic 2013 Year 6 Camp. Everyone was given the opportunity to participate in activities that they have not been able to do before, including kayaking, flying fox, climbing, kite making, pool games, crate climbing and archery. We also had a heap of fun doing mixed games such as apple bobbing, lemon eating and newspaper chains construction.

Everyone should be proud of their efforts and the teamwork they showed in all activities. Everyone had to work together and support each other to get the most out of every experience.

Below are a number of photos taken throughout the week. At this stage I only have photos from my camera, and therefore the majority of photos are from my day group. I will try to get more photos of other groups during the week.

Please leave a comment below, telling us your favourite photo or camp experience. Try not to comment on individual photos, but leave a comment on the post.
