Welcome to LA 18 and year 6

I would like to welcome the new group of year 6 students, especially those coming to LA 18 this year. If you get to this post earlier than Monday, feel free to leave a comment and tell me what you are looking forward to, or introduce yourself to the class! I would love to hear from you (even if you are from another year 6 class, or a past student). Parents are also welcome, and encouraged, to leave a comment.

I would also like to wish the best to all former year 6 students who are heading into high school on Monday. While you may still be feeling a little nervous, I know you will all do a great job and have a fantastic time. Make sure you come back and say hello. There is a special menu at the top of the blog named ‘former students’ where you are welcome to leave comments.
